What

Sometimes an office needs a little targeted help; a special project that keeps getting put on the back burner, outstanding insurance that needs a little extra work or the training of a new team member. Sometimes an office needs a full system put in place; improving on the New Patient Experience, strengthening Case Acceptance or stream-lining ReCall and Periodontal Therapies. Sometimes a team needs a little extra training; cross-training team members, a brush-up on verbiage and etiquette or understanding basic dental procedures for the front office team. When these situations arise it’s not always the right time to increase your team, which means you could benefit from an Ally.

When

Seeing how your office operates, we understand that with the added demands of today’s society, dental offices have extended hours. As your Ally, we work alongside you the hours you work. It’s only through seeing how your office operates, including opening and closing, that allows us to maximize our time with you and your team.

Where

Our training is done side-by-side with your team, in your office. Each office we visit operates differently; it’s only through observing and working on-site with your team, that we can accurately analyze and customize any program based on your office’s specific needs. Ally teaches your team, within the daily workings of your office, so that everyone learns from hands-on training in the most interactive environment, your office.

Why

As previous Office Managers we put our heads together to come up with solutions that would have benefited our offices’ the most: an extra pair of hands to help with a specific task, an experienced resource if we had a question or someone who could look at our procedures from a different vantage point. It is that “someone” that we wish to be for your office. We have been there, we understand that in a working dental office, priorities are changing from minute to minute, with the most important priority being patient care; sometimes daily activities get put at the bottom of the stack. We want to help your staff to be the team it can be, so that your practice can be success it is meant to be.
